Clearwater Housing Development Corporation (CHDC) is a property management firm focused on affordable housing. The Maintenance Technician III handles repairs in vacant and occupied apartments and common areas to keep properties safe and appealing.

Requires EPA certification and a valid Florida driver's license. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with rotating emergency on-call in Clearwater, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of maintenance experience across carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and painting.
• EPA certification and valid Florida Driver's License required.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to work in various environments and on-call situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartments and common areas.
• Complete repairs in vacant apartments and residential units.
• Assist with safety and appearance improvements across properties.
• Work under Maintenance Supervisor and Capital Maintenance Officer.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as assigned.
