The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Capital Maintenance Officer in a full-time schedule, Tue–Sat, 8am–5pm, in Clearwater, FL.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain and improve the physical quality of their assigned property. A Maintenance Technician II completes maintenance tasks in vacant apartments, resident apartments and common areas, including preventative repairs. A valid EPA certificate and driver's license is required.
The work is performed in both indoor and outdoor environments under the immediate oversight of the Maintenance Supervisor and with overall direction of the Capital Maintenance Officer. This is a full-time, Tuesday through Saturda, 8am to 5pm benefits-eligible position in Clearwater, FL.
