The primary duties of a Maintenance Technician III are the maintenance and improvement of our properties to ensure safety and appearance. Complete repairs in vacant apartments, residential apartments, and common areas. EPA Certification and Valid Driver's License are required.
The Maintenance Technician III will work in a variety of environments under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and the oversight of the Capital Maintenance Officer. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm benefits-eligible position providing rotating emergency on-call assistance in Clearwater, Florida.
