Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalency and related technical training required.
• Experience performing job specific general maintenance duties that include maintenance of mechanical and low voltage electrical equipment.
• General knowledge of applicable buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, boilers, generators, etc.
• Experience operating a forklift may be required.
• Possess a technical aptitude to read and understand technical documents and instructions such as blueprints, electrical schematics, mechanical and machine drawings for installations, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsabilités

• Perform building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and other duties.
• Maintain preventative and emergency maintenance on boilers, air compressors, HVAC units and machinery.
• Coordinate and facilitate vendor/contractor supported services and work with engineers or managers on upgrades.
• Repair/replace components and assist with installation of new equipment and lines.
• Maintain logs and reports reflecting department activity and maintenance history.
