Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide mechanical and electrical support in our resilient flooring production. You will service, repair, adjust, and test manufacturing equipment, read schematics, and participate in preventative maintenance and process improvements.

Qualifications

Prior maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
Associate's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance preferred.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machinery and equipment.
Learns production equipment processes to aid troubleshooting.
Executes preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
Monitors routine maintenance requirements.
Uses test equipment and digital tools to complete tasks.
Assists with manufacturing during product change-over.
Plans and implements process improvements.
Follows standard operating procedures.
