About the Role

The Maintenance Technician IV plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal operation and longevity of facility equipment and systems across our United States locations. This senior-level position involves diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, performing advanced repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. The technician will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential equipment failures and recommending upgrades or modifications to enhance efficiency. Minimum Qualifications
