The Opportunity

• As a Technician III - Maintenance and Facilities, you will be an important part of ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, solving complex challenges, and driving improvements in industrial maintenance and automation systems.
• You will work hands-on with modern automation and facility systems—your expertise in PLC, VFDs, and electrical controls will be essential to keep operations running efficiently.
• Resolve real-time technical challenges—troubleshoot complex machinery, improve reliability, and enhance system performance.
• Report onsite at our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center.

Your Impact

• Your expertise will keep operations running safely. You will solve complex maintenance challenges, ensuring the reliability of critical warehouse systems while mentoring team members.
• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Perform facility repairs and upgrades.
• Implement programs such as Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school certification or military technical training.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a production or warehouse environment.
• Advanced knowledge in PLC, VFDs, and automation control systems.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and be on call. Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
