The Opportunity

1. As a Technician III - Maintenance and Facilities, you will be an important part of ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly, solving complex challenges, and driving improvements in industrial maintenance and automation systems.
2. Hands-on work with modern automation and facility systems—your expertise in PLC, VFDs, and electrical controls will keep operations running efficiently.
3. Solve real-time technical challenges—troubleshoot complex machinery, improve reliability, and enhance system performance.
4. You will report onsite at our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center.

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. Ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all critical warehouse systems.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
3. Perform facility repairs and upgrades.
4. Implement programs such as Kaizen and Total Productive Maintenance to improve operational efficiency.
5. Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school certification or military technical training.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance within a production or warehouse environment.
• Advanced knowledge in PLC, VFDs, and automation control systems.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and be on call.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
