Douglas Dynamics, LLC is hiring a Maintenance II to maintain and repair industrial equipment at our manufacturing site. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance of machines, electrical systems, and plumbing, with TPM participation and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or 2–5 years of related experience, be comfortable reading drawings, and proficient with basic maintenance software and safety procedures. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 2–5 years in related work areas.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Experience with TPM, maintenance management software, Excel, and Google tools preferred.
• Capable of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and factory utilities.
• Read drawings and work orders to perform required service and repairs.
• Plan and install power wiring and conduits for new machinery (110V and multiphase).
• Diagnose problems and replace defective components and controls.
• Conduct safety-compliant inspections and coordinate TPM with team.
• Collaborate with machine operators and external technicians; record work orders and parts in CMMS.
