Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical and electrical systems across our manufacturing facility. You will diagnose equipment failures, read schematics, and support mentorship of junior technicians.

The role requires hands-on expertise with CNC, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and the ability to work independently while upholding safety standards and equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• 4–7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with digital multimeters and electrical testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures on production equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters and electrical testing equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Troubleshoot 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, and 480VAC control circuits.
• Maintain CNC machinery and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in mentoring Maintenance Technician I personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and NFPA 70E guidelines.
