Ray Graham Association is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide skilled maintenance and repair services for 35 residential homes in DuPage County, Illinois. Candidates must have a strong background in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC troubleshooting.

This role involves responding to various maintenance requests, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, all while providing excellent customer service and maintaining organized records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of commercial or residential maintenance experience.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential homes.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate major HVAC repairs with outside contractors.
