Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose issues and conduct interior/exterior repairs to maintain housing conditions.
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
