THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY INC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean our facilities. You will perform daily inspections, fix building components, and ensure safety and operational standards are met.

Candidates should have at least three years of maintenance experience, knowledge of carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting; be able to lift 50 lbs; and have computer literacy.

Qualifications

• At least three years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• An HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.
• A valid and current driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and more to conduct maintenance and repairs.
