CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Edendale Residence in Eden Prairie, MN. You’ll maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds to preserve structural integrity and upkeep.

Prior property-management experience is helpful, and the role offers a path to a long-term career in property management. You will perform inspections, fix mechanical systems, and report hazards promptly while coordinating with management to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of maintenance technician experience
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer literacy required; HVAC cert is helpful but not required
• Valid and current driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Use carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and other skills for maintenance and preventative care

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning our facility's equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. You'll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful.
