Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, facilities, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings, roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting and other skills to perform maintenance and preventative measures.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and cleaning all equipment, buildings, and grounds of our facility as scheduled to preserve structural integrity and overall upkeep. You'll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful.
