CCI is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Indiana to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds across our apartment and commercial portfolio. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands-on problem solving within a growing real estate platform.
The successful candidate will bring carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting skills, with a focus on preventative maintenance and high-quality service. A valid driver’s license and computer literacy are required.

You'll need solid maintenance knowledge and skills, with experience in property management being helpful.
