Sherman Associates is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Aspire, a 226-unit market-rate property in Westminster, CO. You will perform skilled maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping, with emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.

You will respond to work orders within 24 hours, prepare vacated units promptly, assist with preventive tasks, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors. 1–4 years’ experience and a valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with skilled maintenance training.
• 1–4 years in maintenance or related carpentry/construction, preferably in real estate.
• Willingness to obtain boiler license if applicable and CPO certification if applicable.
• Must provide own hand tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and address resident requests.
• Prepare vacated units within 24 hours (5 days if not immediate) including painting and cleaning.
• Assist in scheduling and completing preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment.
• Conduct hands-on repairs and maintenance with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas in quality condition.
• Manage supplies, bid external projects, and track expenditures.
