Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Magnolia Village to maintain and repair appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical systems across the community. You will work under the Service Manager to uphold quality standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including on-call.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community needs and tasks.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Support resident functions and participate in preservation programs.
