Job summary

Barrett & Stokely is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Noblesville, IN location. You will perform preventative maintenance across multiple building systems, respond to repair requests, and help prepare vacant units for occupancy.

The role includes after-hours on-call rotation and on-site service delivery. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and EPA certification.

Qualifications

• Technical school, High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years' maintenance experience.
• Must be EPA certified.
• Must have valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and maintain related records.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Attend to maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, drywall, and other areas.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies (fires, floods, etc.).
• Complete work orders within the required timeframe and prepare units for occupancy within five business days.
• Turn vacant units as needed and troubleshoot/repair HVAC equipment.
