Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
• Valid driver's license preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
• Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Fix customer requests for maintenance support quickly.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and drywall services.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Complete maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe.
