Barrett & Stokely in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property team. You will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call duties to address resident requests and emergencies.

Qualifications

Minimum three (3) years experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
Must be EPA certified and possess own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Supervisor in scheduling and completing preventive maintenance activities and update records.
Provide excellent customer service fixing all maintenance requests with timely resolutions.
Complete maintenance work orders for drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry within set timeframes.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
Troubleshoot, repair and replace HVAC equipment and appliances as needed.
