Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Denver, CO to perform skilled repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances. You will work independently across multiple trades on multifamily properties, handling service requests, preventative maintenance and full turns while upholding high standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with shared on-call rotations, and a compensation of $28–$30 per hour plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, along with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably multifamily.
• Intermediate skills across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred; CPO preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
