CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform daily upkeep of Autumn Park Apartments in Wilsonville, OR. Responsibilities include repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and janitorial tasks, with emphasis on attention to detail and teamwork.

The role offers an hourly wage of $27.00–$29.00, full-time schedule Mon-Fri, 8 AM–5 PM, plus a $50/month cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Competenze

• One year in Maintenance Technician I or two years in maintenance roles, preferably property management for multi-family properties.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand written and verbal communications and directions.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing Laws.
• Experience with landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall installations and flooring repairs.

Mansioni

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance for apartments and common areas.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting tasks and janitorial duties.
• Operate landscaping tasks and assist with grounds maintenance.
• Process work orders using maintenance software or systems.
• Assist with after-hours emergency maintenance as needed.
