Neill Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our Property Management team. The role focuses on maintaining safety, functionality, and appearance across company-owned and leased properties.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs while coordinating with contractors and ensuring standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with experience in building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of building, property, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs across properties.
• Diagnose HVAC issues including servicing, filter replacements, inspections, and minor repairs.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs (lighting, outlets, fixtures, drains, water heaters).
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring repairs, and related tasks.
• Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, appliances, and equipment.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior spaces.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure standards.
• Assist with renovations, furniture installation, and special projects.
• Identify issues, recommend solutions, and communicate with management.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and inventory; manage expenses.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests; participate in on-call coverage.
• Follow safety procedures and interact professionally with staff, residents, vendors.
