Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The 11 Mount Pleasant Portfolio, a 400-unit affordable housing community in Roxbury, MA. The role involves diagnosing and repairing appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, with a focus on ensuring market-ready units for occupancy.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekly on-call duties. Competitive benefits package included for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
• Ensure vacant apartments are market-ready and prepared for occupancy.
• Perform maintenance service orders under preventive maintenance programs and safety inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal, landscaping, and trash management.
• Be available for on-call duties during off-hours as scheduled.
