Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support 888 units across Chelsea, Everett, and Revere, MA. You will perform maintenance in apartments, common areas, offices, grounds, and parking lots, with a varied skill set including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-call rotation, and a pay range of $24.00–$26.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliances, HVAC, and/or carpentry.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet driving records standards.
• Experience with boilers and chiller systems.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for on-call activity during off-hours.
• Ability to speak and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs per procedures.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy and market readiness.
• Perform maintenance on preventive maintenance program and inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal through snow removal and landscaping.
• Be available for on-call activity during off-hours for emergencies.
