Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring a Facilities Technician II to respond to maintenance requests and carry out preventive tasks, ensuring safety and reliability of building systems. The role requires hands-on work in a fast-paced, collegiate environment and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school/GED or trade school diploma with 3–5 years of full-time maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 (Core, Type I, II & III).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or plan to obtain within six months.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of key management and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance and repair requests and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate delivery and work schedules with vendors and contractors as approved by leadership.
• Ensure all service requests are completed and safety protocols are followed.
