Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal.
• 2+ years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
• English communication with residents and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests in occupied and vacant units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and escalate complex repairs as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems such as furnaces and AC.
• Repair and maintain appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures.
• Assist with make-ready processes for new residents.
