Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience coordinating repairs and maintaining HUD compliance.
• Two years of facility maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders for scheduled repairs and maintenance.
• Serves as the primary contact for tenants regarding inquiries and requests.
• Maintains the work order system and prioritizes tasks.
