Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs on heating and air conditioning systems.
• Carry out routine carpentry work for buildings and offices.
• Replace worn components such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines.
• Operates snow removal equipment for parking lots and sidewalks.
