Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to deliver essential maintenance across hotel, casino, retail, and back-of-house areas. The role involves carpentry, painting, drywall, and remodeling tasks while ensuring safety and adherence to Wind Creek policies.

Candidate must have 2–4 years in facilities maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. The position requires flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, at Wind Creek

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in facilities/maintenance.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
General maintenance skills including hand & power tools, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry (molding/base crown, metal studs, repair of drywall/doors).
Ability to patch drywall and stucco; use spray equipment; mix and match colors.

Responsibilities

Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
Record assignments and time spent using Facilities Dude.
Perform daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint, and furniture across property.
Repaint curbs, traffic stripes and signs throughout the property.
Maintain finishes including fences, light standards and canopies at parking garage.
Repair and repaint exterior structures and doors.
Perform construction from framing to millwork; hang drywall and install wall coverings.
Handle remodeling and preventative maintenance programs property-wide.
Work with hazardous waste in shop following safety standards.
Inspect and repair gaming-related equipment and related components.
Coordinate with other departments and PGCB; adhere to safety and internal controls.
