Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour. Responsibilities include maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, and other trades; reading blueprints; ordering parts; and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or welding).
• Minimum of two years of facilities/building maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Maintain and repair gaming floor equipment to support casino operations.
• Test and maintain building systems including HVAC, alarms, generators.
• Carry out skilled trades: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding.
• Complete preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read blueprints, permits, and diagrams; order parts and tools as needed.
• Identify safety concerns and ensure OSHA-compliant practices.
