Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for the second shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations, diagnosing problems and recommending solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
• 2–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations.
• Diagnose problems and recommend solutions; report to Supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance on multiple production systems.
• Complete daily maintenance reports accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.
