Qualifications
At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, military experience considered.
Ability to work independently.
Exceptional troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Responsibilities
Perform production line changeovers according to specifications.
Improve changeover effectiveness through documentation and procedures.
Conduct repairs following accurate and timely guidelines.
Perform maintenance on AC and DC motors and drives.
Diagnose issues with gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
