Qualifications

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, military experience considered.
• Ability to work independently.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform production line changeovers according to specifications.
• Improve changeover effectiveness through documentation and procedures.
• Conduct repairs following accurate and timely guidelines.
• Perform maintenance on AC and DC motors and drives.
• Diagnose issues with gearboxes, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
