Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment across manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations at our Cincinnati facility. This full-time, second-shift role requires timely problem solving and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with overtime based on needs. Candidates should have 2–5 years of related experience and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance Technology.
• 2–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical, vacuum, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on multiple production systems.
• Conduct mechanical calibrations and alignments.
• Test and modify operating machinery and control equipment.
• Complete daily maintenance reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and cost-conscious work area.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
