Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and evaluate machine malfunctions.
• Determine sequence of operations and methods for maintenance of lathes, mills, grinders, and NC machines.
• Perform precision measurements to ensure alignments and tolerances.
• Disassemble, repair or replace components, and reassemble with testing.
• Follow drawings and maintenance handbooks to meet specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools to fabricate replacement parts.
• Provide technical support consistent with job requirements and safety standards.
