Texas Hydraulics, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and related electrical/electronic systems in our Temple, TX facility. This hands-on role involves diagnosing HMIs, drives and power supplies while maintaining production equipment.

You will read schematics, use precision measuring tools, and collaborate with service technicians to keep equipment running safely and reliably. Flexibility for all shifts and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of related experience or equivalent education.
Experience diagnosing HMIs, drives and power supplies.
Ability to read and interpret machine drawings and electronic schematics.
Ability to read calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively with production employees, management and outside service technicians.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

Use electronic diagnostic and precision-measuring equipment.
Work with manufacturer service technicians to resolve complex equipment issues.
Help keep production equipment running safely and reliably.
Follow critical safety requirements, including LOTO, PPE and confined-space procedures.
Respond to plant emergencies when your expertise is needed.
