Union Technologies in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and facility systems. You will own maintenance tasks, read mechanical drawings, and support CMMS documentation while upholding safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Mansioni

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore systems to operational status promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed work orders within CMMS systems.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA requirements.
• Identify equipment reliability issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
