Job summary

Fox Factory, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair mechanical breakdowns, perform preventive maintenance, and install equipment for ride dynamics products. You will read electrical schematics, wire motors and sensors, and troubleshoot CNC machinery on a manufacturing floor.

The role requires PLC knowledge, CMMS usage, and strong teamwork to meet deadlines while following all safety protocols. Lifting and physical work are routine on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or OEM training required.
• Experience in industrial maintenance with CNC equipment skills.
• Proficient problem-solving and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Repair mechanical breakdowns and perform PMs on ride dynamics products.
• Wire in single-phase motors, receptacles and sensors; read schematics.
• Operate CNC equipment and ensure 80% PM compliance.
• Identify and repair pneumatic/hydraulic systems; use CMMS for work orders.
