Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician II to provide expert technical support across CNC milling/turning, laser cutting, brake presses, and robotic welding.

You will work with Production Management, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to enhance safety, quality, and productivity while solving complex manufacturing issues. The role requires hands-on skills in multiple processes, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience reading engineering drawings.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on manufacturing/engineering technician experience.
Ability to read engineering drawings and inspect parts.
Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, or robotic welding.
Knowledge of measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for CNC milling/turning and laser cutting.
Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and implement corrective actions.
Develop and improve manufacturing methods to increase safety and quality.
Assist with quotes and tooling requirements.
Train operators on new processes.
