Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Technician - Maintenance II for the 3 pm–11 pm shift. The role covers general maintenance, carpentry and painting across the property, with emphasis on upkeep of casino areas, back of house and public spaces.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in facilities/maintenance, plus a valid driver’s license and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; strong tool skills and safe work practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in facilities/maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• General maintenance skills with hand & power tools.
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry including molding and base crown; drywall, cabinet making.
• Ability to patch drywall, use spray equipment, and mix colors.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Record assignments and time in Facilities Dude.
• Maintain wallpaper, paint and furniture; touch up across property.
• Repainting of curbs, traffic stripes and signs.
• Maintain finishes on fences, light standards and canopies.
• Repair and repaint exterior structures and doors.
• Perform framing to millwork; basic construction.
• Hang drywall and install wall coverings.
• Manage remodeling and preventative maintenance.
• Handle hazardous waste disposal.
• Inspect and repair gaming equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments and PGCB.
• Follow safety standards.
• Learn PGCB rules applicable to position.
• Complete paperwork per Wind Creek standards.
• Understand gambling plan policies.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Follow policies and procedures.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.
• English communication required.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Able to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
