Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC is seeking a Technician - Maintenance II for the overnight shift. The role involves general maintenance, carpentry, and painting across casino, hotel, and retail areas. Strict adherence to safety policies and PGCB rules is required.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in facilities/maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and strong skills with hand and power tools, drywall, and painting. Shift flexibility including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of facilities/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient in general maintenance and use of hand & power tools.
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills including drywall and cabinet making.
• Ability to patch drywall, use spray equipment, and paint.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemicals handling and safety rules.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Record assignments and time spent in Facilities Dude system.
• Perform daily maintenance of wallpaper, paint and furniture across property.
• Repaint curbs, traffic stripes and signs throughout the property.
• Maintain all finishes including fences, light standards, and canopies at parking garage.
• Repairs and repaint exterior structures and doors.
• Handle remodeling and preventative maintenance programs property-wide.
• Read and follow Wind Creek policies and safety standards.
