The Property Management Company Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and clean equipment, buildings, and grounds across our facilities. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• HVAC certificate is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Immediately report any health, safety, or hazardous situations to management.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and procure them when necessary.
• Utilize carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and related skills to maintain and repair assets.
