Qualifications

• Three years of maintenance technician experience or more.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver's license; computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
