Job summary

Perdue AgriBusiness, part of Perdue Farms, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair, modify and rebuild production machinery and automated systems to keep operations safe and efficient.

This role offers $27.00-$30.00 per hour with potential annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, 401(k) with company match after 1 year, disability and life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in Industrial Maintenance with mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Proficient in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Able to demonstrate Maintenance Tech II proficiency within 10 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Support operators with machine reliability and production changeovers.
• Maintain accurate work records and reports.
• Follow safety and quality protocols to exceed standards.
• Work day travel to nearby locations as needed.
