Bluecore Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician for our ultra-luxury high-rise in downtown Indianapolis. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, address resident requests, and ensure units are prepared for new residents within 7 days.

You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor, stay organized, and use Yardi and Sparkle for inspections. We value urgency, transparency, and teamwork, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Technician in an apartment community.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to perform all job duties.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance requests.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor daily and record service statuses.
• Achieve make-ready turns within 7 days.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies with cost-consciousness.
• Preferably work as a team with office staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Document work in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician who knows how to make an impact! The Maintenance Technician will be a fully skilled technician who can complete all service requests, including HVAC. This is an ultra luxury high-rise community in downtown Indianapolis!

As a Maintenance Technician, your mission will be to achieve Bluecore's standard for completing all service requests, including HVAC. Our Maintenance Technician will focus on resident satisfaction and will be included in the on call rotation answering emergency service requests.

• Troubleshoot and make the necessary repairs to maintain the apartments which includes plumbing, electrical, appliances and general maintenance repairs.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor daily and accurately record the status of service requests and make ready units, etc.
• Achieve Bluecore's standard for completing make ready turns within 7 days.
• Ensure the inventory of adequate parts and supplies are in stock and organized; Use supplies cost efficiently without jeopardizing quality.
• Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness with every service requests and make ready.
• Bring knowledge in all areas of maintenance while continually learning and growing your skill set.
• Take accountability for the community's appearance and overall satisfaction of the residents.
• Inspect and repair all areas of the community; Health and safety procedures are adhered to and preventative maintenance is being implemented.
• Work as a team with the office staff to ensure overall resident satisfaction.
• Learn how to accurately complete records in Yardi and commit to using Sparkle for as an inspection tool.

WHAT YOU BRING TO BLUECORE

• You have experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• You have worked at an apartment community.
• You have an EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• You have a CPO certification; preferred, not required.
