Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Napton, MO (Marshall facility) to diagnose, repair, and maintain automated production equipment in a high-volume environment. You’ll work independently on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, fabrication, and controls issues, with preventive maintenance driving reliability and uptime.

You’ll join a strong maintenance team, report to the Maintenance Supervisor, and have opportunities to advance into higher-level maintenance,

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fundamentals with controls exposure.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, and mechanical repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and test plant and production equipment.
• Independently diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Use diagnostic tools, meters, and hand/power tools to fix problems.
• Weld, fabricate, modify, and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean maintenance area and document work.
• Assist with equipment installations and improvements.
• Work with production to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement for reliability and safety.
