Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Sheridan Ocean Club community. The role involves performing apartment maintenance duties across appliances, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical tasks, while supporting the Service Manager with site operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, holds an AC certification (Type II or Universal), and has a valid driver's license with dependable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation and preventive maintenance program.
