Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties at the apartment community. You will assist the Service Manager with various tasks and ensure service requests are completed correctly and promptly.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and are willing to work a flexible schedule including on-call duties.

Qualifications

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with community needs.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service requests per policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
