Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to efficiently perform the necessary maintenance for the apartment community under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. The role supports the overall maintenance program and ensures timely service throughout the property.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of apartment maintenance experience, a valid A/C certification, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance.
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy.
• Assist with resident functions.
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program.
